  1. Your GF bread recipe is outstanding! I have tried to make a few gf breads since recently finding the gluten sensitivity and they tasted like sawdust. This one is great, not missing my regular bread so much!

I would love to know if there is an easy way to convert this recipe into a banana or zucchini bread… I have approximately 20 pounds of zucchini in my garden and would love to make and freeze some gf bread, and I have always loved banana bread.

I am VERY new to this whole gf thing (just a few weeks), but you are helping immensely!

    • Hmm, sorry I don’t think I can help you out with that one. Banana bread and zucchini bread are more like cake than actual bread. I personally would start from scratch with those recipes. Sorry I can’t help you more with that.

      Kim

Have something to say? I'd love to hear from you.
