        一、教材分析:

        本课是外研版一年级起点二年级下册第七模块第一单元。本模块的话题是描述正在发生的事情和讨论正在进行的活动。Unit1的课文情境是六一儿童节到了,小伙伴们在表演着不同的节目,大明在表演课本剧,Sam在朗诵诗歌,Amy 在跳舞,玲玲在唱歌,还有一些孩子在舞龙,大家玩的可高兴了。小胡同学就大家的情况在做现场报道。本单元就是训练学生描述别人正在发生的事情,旨在分享快乐!

        二、学情分析

        二年级的学生经过一年的学习,积累了一些语言知识。在学习本单元以前,学生已经接触过现在进行时,本课以一次节日活动为情景,重点是学习一些短语。但是学生毕竟年龄较小,运用还不熟练,需要在游戏、具体的情景中提高自身的交际能力和语言运用能力。

        三、教学策略

        在教学中,运用“任务型教学”模式,把所学的语言材料融入到真实的情景中。以听说入手,以歌唱为辅,让学生从感官上感受浓厚的英语学习氛围,从而使他们在情景中学、情景中用。引领学生走出教材,在真实的情景中运用语言,提高学生的语言运用能力。通过各种学习活动,让孩子们继续保持浓厚的英语学习兴趣。

        四、教学目标:

        1.语言知识目标:

        1)学习单词及短语 Children’s Day, do a play,  say a poem, dragon danceschool TV

        2)学习目标语句:It’s Children’s Day today.

        …is /are doing…

        2.语言技能目标:能听懂课文,能在课文中找到问题的答案;能看图说话;能正确使用现在进行时来描述节日;把所学能够运用到具体的情景中。

        3.情感态度目标:激发学生学习兴趣和热情,提高学习的积极性和主动性;培养学生团结合作的意识。

        五、教学重难点

        重点:能正确认读和运用短语,即:do a play, say a poem ,do a dragon  dance .会使用现在进行时描述图片中的内容。

        难点:如何结合实际生活,创设大量真实、生动的语言环境,拓展学生思维,巩固现在进行时态的使用。能否让学生学以致用是本课教学成败的关键。

        CD-ROM、课件、卡片

        七、教学过程:

        Step 1. Warmer:

               1. Greetings.

               2. Sing a song.

        (设计意图:上课前唱歌和小游戏是为了调整一下学生的情绪,创造课堂气氛,使学生进入一个学习语言的环境,对本课的学习有初步的感性认识。)

        Step 2. Land in

        1. T: What a beautiful song. And what are the children doing?

        出示各种图片让学生根据图片回答问题

        Ss: She’s reading a book.

        She’s listening to the radio.

        He’s playing football.

        She’s running.

        She’s sing a song.

        They’re dancing.

        They’re playing basketball.

        T: They are very happy. Because today is Children’s Day.

        (设计意图:复习旧知识,为新知识的学习做好铺垫。)

        2. Learn the new word: Children’s Day, then practice it.

        3. T: Children’s Day is on Jun,1st . We’ll do lots of things. We can sing. We can dance. We can have a party. Now look!

        4. Play the CD-ROM of Unit 1 Part 1, the students watch the video and try to follow and imitate.

        5. The students say the chant together.

        Step 3. Presentation

        1. 介绍新朋友小胡。T: This is our new friend Xiaohu. He is from School TV. 学习单词school TV.

        2. T: He is doing a live report. Look! Lingling is singing a song.(板书:Lingling is singing a song.) Amy is dancing. (板书:Amy is dancing.)Now what is Daming doing? And what is Sam doing? And what are the children doing?

        3. Watch the video of Part 2 and learn the new words.

        T: Let’s watch the video with 3 questions.

         (Show 3 questions to the students. And play the CD-ROM of Unit 1 Part 2, the students watch the video for twice. )

        4. Students answer the questions and learn the new phrases:

           doing a play   saying a poem    doing a dragon dance

        T: What is Daming doing?  Yes, Daming is doing a play with some children.

           (板书:Daming is doing a play with some children.) play, do a play, they are doing a play.

        T: What is Sam doing? Yes, Sam is saying a poem. (板书:Sam is saying a poem.)

           Ay—say—may—pay—way—ray—hay. Poem, poem, say a poem. They’re saying a poem.

        T: Here is a poem. Can you say? (Say the poem together.)

        T: And what are the children doing? Some children are doing a dragon dance. Dragon—a dragon dance—doing a dragon dance. (板书:Some children are doing a dragon dance.)

        4. Play a game to check if the students can read the new words.

        T: OK! Now let’s play a game, say quickly.

        (设计意图:利用游戏,检查学生知识的掌握程度,使学生在学中用,在用中学,学得轻松愉快,没有枯燥的感觉。两两对话,培养学生大胆开口讲英语的能力。通过竞赛,让学生在玩中学,在真实的语境中巩固所学的知识,培养学生的竞争意识与合作能力,拓展学生的思维,)

        Step 4. Learn to read Part 2.

        1. Read after the tape for twice.

        2. Read together.

        3. Read in pairs.

        4. Get some children to read Activity 2.

        Step 5. Practice the key sentences.

        (设计意图:此游戏旨在提高学生兴趣,进一步练习句型)

        1. T: Today is Children’s day today. Look! What are they doing? (播放一段关于六一儿童节的录像,边放边做介绍They are saying a poem. They are singing songs. They are dancing. She is dancing. They are playing the drums. She is drawing a picture. She is writing. They are playing games.)

        2. Make sentences according to the pictures.

        3. Practice in pairs.

        T: Now practice in pairs, then we play a chain game.

        (设计意图:用多媒体课件演示对话,借助动作表情讲解对话,形象生动,激发学生的学习愿望。通过表演对话,充分调动学生的主动参与性,培养学生的表演能力,交际能力和与别人合作的能力,同时培养学生的创新意识,弘扬个性。)

        4. Play a chain game.

        Step 6. 拓展练习。

        1. Show some important festivals.

        T: There are many important festivals. It’s Christmas today. They are sing songs. They are doing a play. They are eating. It’s National Day today. They are doing a dragon dance. She is reading a book. He is playing the drums. It’s May Day today. He’s… She is…  They are…  It’s Teachers’ Day today. He’s… She is…  They are…

        T: Now what’s your favourite festivals? Choose one and describe it. Discuss in groups.

        2. Practice in groups.

        3. Get some students to show.

        T: OK! That’s all today. Let’s count your balloons. … is winner. Congratulations!

        (设计意图:通过课文联系实际,既检查了学生的学习状况,又锻炼了学生的灵活运用知识的能力,还培养了学生助人为乐的精神品质。

        Step 7. Summary and homework.

        1. Read the text three times and find “ing”.

        2. Make a survery.

        八、板书设计:

                  Module 7 Unit 1 It’s Children’s Day today.

                  Lingling is singing a song.

                  Amy is dancing.

                  Daming is doing a play with some children.

                  Sam is saying a poem.

                  Some children are doing a dragon dance.

         九、教学反思:

        课文教授环节分为四个部分。第一部分是课文理解,通过观看课文配套动画,回答与课文相关的5个问题,这部分旨在帮助学生领会课文大意、熟悉与节日庆祝有关的新单词和句子。第二部分为单词、句子的学习。通过填空的形式,引出本课的新单词和句子。二年级学生抽象思维能力不强,因此,在进行单词教学时,我为每个新单词加入了直观的图片,让学生对单词意思一目了然。该部分也是情感目标的学习,如在学poem这个单词时,我出示了以前孩子们编排的录像帮助理解,同时我在本部分中编了一个押韵的拍手歌,将新单词和句子编入歌中,学生边拍手边读,朗朗上口,又帮助学生在课中舒展筋骨,起到了低年级“课中操”的作用。第三部分为课文朗读,采用跟录音读、跟小老师读、齐读等多种方式有感情地朗读课文,体会人物心情,特别注意现在进行时态的流利运用。第四部分是小组合作朗读与展示。此部分配上高效记忆音乐,帮助学生在平和的氛围中扮演好人物角色,熟练表演课文。同时,小组内的分工与合作有效地培养了学生的合作意识。
